1. What are you working on right now? 2. How does it differ from other works in its genre?

Until recently (like a week ago) I was working on two shorts at the same time. I finished the first of six in a new BDSM series. I’m in the middle of a fantasy. A dragon shifter to be exact. This one is very different for me as I’ve never written a fantasy. A friend laid down a challenge to try something out of my comfort zone and I took her up on it. It is a challenge but in a good way. The research, world and character building is a little different but I’m learning loads of new things along the way.

3. Why do you write what you do?

Basically because it’s also what I like to read.  I’m pretty simple in that regard. I enjoy it so I like to hope that others do as well.

4. How does your writing process work?

My first story and the one I just submitted started from a dream. I dreamt them until they almost felt real. Then I spent days letting them tell me the stories as I typed or wrote the words. Most of my writing takes place in the evenings and/or weekends. The players in the stories consume me until I’ve typed ‘The End.’
